Our t-shirts look good and feel great and they’re pretty good for the planet too. We source all our materials as ethically as possible, our iconic Stanley Stella Creator T-Shirts come from a supplier that’s built their business on social responsibility.
They pay a fair wage wherever they do business, they let their staff work free from discrimination and harassment in a safe environment. They encourage workers’ collectives and are FWF accredited (Fair Wear Foundation).
And they go even further. They use low-impact, organic cotton and manufacturing processes that minimise their environmental impact. Because they believe that sustainable manufacturing is the only way to create.

Our printers are low impact too…
Based here in the South-East they use inks that are vegan and 100% phthalate free. Our limited edition prints are produced using traditional litho process and are printed onto archival, acid free FSC graded heavy weight paper and carry ISO 9001 and 140001 accreditations.
All orders are sent out using Royal Mail Tracked and Signed service and includes the relevant level of insurance.
We ask our customers to allow 2-3 days order processing before your item is shipped.

Please note that shipment to non-UK countries may be subject to import duties and tax and any additional charges must be paid by the customer. 45 Original has no control over these charges and bears no responsibility.
45 Original Limited cannot be held responsible for any parcel that goes missing due to the postal address having been entered incorrectly by the customer or if missing information vital to safe delivery of the parcel.
Any parcels that are returned to us via Royal Mail that have been marked as unclaimed or not called for by the recipient will be required to pay additional postage costs before we are able to release and resend the goods.
All risk of loss is passed onto the recipient once the goods have been delivered by Royal Mail.
You have a maximum of 28 day to report any missing goods, after which point, we are unable to offer a refund or replace the missing goods.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You have 28 calendar days to return your goods from the date you received them.
To be eligible for a return, your goods must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. Your goods must also be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us with your order number before returning any goods at email@example.com we will ensure your return is dealt with correctly and efficiently.
Once we receive your goods, we will inspect them and notify you that we have received your returned goods. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the goods. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

All customers are responsible for shipping costs to return goods (we do advise tracked shipping, but it is not compulsory). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
